there are several options for the effect, i'm not informed with the option that the gemini builder chose but the options are:
UV fluorescent tubes
UV fluorescent cooling liquid
UV fluorescent liquid that has to be added to the normal cooling liquid

you can find some about the last 2 here i believe: http://www.xoxide.com/water-cooling-coolant-dye.html

I think I heard Koradhil say that it's UV reactive tubing. (I've seen him on the Hardware Info expo this weekend )

Yes, indeed it is UV reactive tubing, as I said on MSN. As you're going to use Tygon tubing, you will need a dye to make it UV reactive. A good brand is AquaComputer. They have four kinds of additive, of which two are blue UV reactive. BlueMotion is a blue colored additive which will glow under UV light, while ClearBlue is a clear transparent fluid an thus will not be seen when not under UV light. When under UV light it will glow blue.
The choice is yours I bet there are many shops in the States that sell this stuff, or something similar. Take a look over here for example.

Got exaclty the same, i bought 2 UV-CCFL's, 30 cm, but when i put them in the case, and watch my UV-reactive sleeving, i dont see much glowing...

Koradhil, how did you make it so cool? :P

As I said, it's the tubing which glows so well. I only used two 30cm UV CCFLs.

You're serious?

Anyway, did you used a special brand? (dat is toch "merk" in het engels?)

I used tubing from Scaro Systems (www.scarosystems.de), but the UV reactive tubing from AquaComputer (PUR active blue plug&cool) should work very well (maybe even better) too.

That's the tubing I use at home, I just couldn't find my blacklight TL lamp. I'll try to find it this evening, maybe I can take some pictures of it
