the florist foam wasn't as handy as i expected so i choose another way to accomplish my goal.
this time instead of using foam i'm using wood where i'm going to put some fiberglass on it to make it like plastic/polyester.
just made a plank but it's to short
go go gadget extend (with some steel plates).
And made the corners round.
