My two new coils

Two strips,... both 1/4" wide.

Neked.

Here I am clamping the end of the strips to the pipe at an angle for wrapping. The angle in th epic is a bit much. It's actaully less then whats shown.

Wrapped, coiled.

Sanding the coil down so it smooth. This way to wont touch the inside the of the reservoir.

Heres after polishing. End the edges are polished. One problem though,... totally slipped my mind,... I scratched the inside of the coil

Not a problem though. I'll just figure out a way to buff the inside. Maybe a small buffing wheel on an extention. Worst case,... I would have to make them again.

Inside the reservoir. I plan to stech out he coild a bit to give more of a coil look once spinning.

I got my two new tubes in today. I got two 2.5"OD's with 1/8" walls

Very nice tubes.
